I am looking for a US Navy CS Scott Barber. Last I really knew he was on the USS Scranton in 2001 and went to PA to recruit for 3 years. I believe in 2004/2005 area he went to the White House to cook. He is the reason I have been with my husband for 17 years now and I really would like to thank him.
