I recieved the following email. Figured you might be interested:

"Food Service Professionals,

Most of you may have heard about the Enlisted Food Service Training With Industry (TWI) program around two years ago when the Army was in the process of fielding this initiative.

Since its inception the first participant of the program (SFC Propheter) has completed his tenure at the Culinary Institute of America and will be replaced by SSG Winks out of Fort Carson this summer.

I have attached the TWI information paper that provides goals, objectives and the process for submitting applications for this program.

Even if you may not meet the eligibility to compete for this program you may know someone that does. If you are a Junior Soldier, I provide this information as a possible future career goal. The current cost for resident
students at this College is about 48K a year, what an opportunity for any Soldier in food service.

If you are interested follow the guidance outlined in the information paper."
