Just found this site today 3/6/08 and it's great. I was a Active Army/National guard cook plus Desert/Shield/Storm Vet. Went to Culinary school for 1 year and study under Chefs until i became one myself. Military cooking helped allot. 1975 went to FT.Jackson S.C. for cooks school then to Ft.Huachuca Az. Semper fi Fellow chef. i think it would be nice for the bravo station that produces TOP CHEF, to acknowledge military chefs by doing a episode on Miltary chefs only or combine of military chefs and civilian chefs. i think we could take on any chefs with the chefs we got in the Military today.
