IFSEA is holding their annual awards conference April 3-6, 2008 Adam's Mark Hotel Denver, Colorado.

"IFSEA's Conference highlights the Navy Ney's 50th anniversary, with a crowd of almost 1000 people - club managers, hotel directors, health care administrators, military, students, professors, a bit of everything. Excellent education, networking, mentoring, scholarships, awards, and all done in one of the most exciting destinations in the world, Denver!"

I wasn't able to attend this year ---> but I did create a page dedicated to the Military Food Service Awards:

What I would like to do is open a dialog on how you think the conference went. The Military paid good money for you to attend this event. Did see anything that could have improved your experience? Is there something in the past that has gone to the wayside and might need to be brought back? Did you notice something new that was a success and should be included next year (example: Chef Robert Irvine)? Many Military Food Service Affiliates frequent this board on a regular basis this is the thread to get your voice heard.

I'm sorry but IFSEA is a straight scam. They suck the military dry and offer nothing back and everyone knows it. They must think that we are the biggest idiots to hand them over money to fill their pockets. I want to know how much money they made off us this week. Their probably laughing about it right now.
