I will get back to you once I research this request further. The show kicks off this fall and they want competitors from around the world.

Their web page looks professional and the photos from last years competition look great. The food displayed looks up to Fort Lee's competition standards or higher. It is very hard to navigate their site though, everything is in French.

If this pans out, I will send a message to all the Military Chef of the Months seeing if they are able to attend during this time period. Once I hear back from the Chefs who would like to attend, I will forward the information to my point of contact. The point of contact will pick who they want to attend and take care of everything else from that point on. The only role MilitaryChefs.com will play is as a communication link between the Military Chef of the Month winners and the agency looking to provide a trip for a Military Chef to compete in their competition.

More info soon.
